If you're happy, we're happy. We'll try our best to ensure you have a great shopping experience with us but as our products are personalised and made to order we have a limited returns policy... not that you'll want to return your Just a song wall art!

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

The items we sell are all personalised so we cannot provide a return/refund as they are made to order and cannot be resold by us.

To avoid any issues please ensure the date you provide when ordering your wall art is correct. Ensure it is entered in the format requested – DD/MM/YYYY. For example, the date 7th March 1990 would be entered as 07/03/1990. Failure to enter the date in the requested format will likely result in rejection of the order or an order created with the incorrect date -  We cannot accept responsibility for such errors and you will be charged.

Where a personalised product is faulty, this will be replaced. 

 

Faulty Items Or Items Damaged In Transit

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting faulty items or parcels damaged in transit are exceeded, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.

 

Returns Address

Please sent your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order. You must contact us before returning an item.
